Pick up an afternoon snack at this classic UES spot. I suggest the farro with arugala and peas or the smoked turkey pinwheel bites! Oh, and for dessert, try a vanilla cupcake (best in the city!) or sugar free scone sweetened with fruit juice.

Hop a cab across the park to the AMNH. A hidden gem, the museum offers an exceptional children's program staffed by wonderful educators with a passion for science and museum education!

Get a coffee or tea and head towards the park.

By now you should be finished with your coffee and ready for some food.

Get some great prepared Food from Yura and head home.

There's nothing quite like rowing in Central Park. It's a relatively inexpensive experience and one of the more unique ways to see the city. When you finish your boat ride- check out the restaurant for a drink or some snacks.

Walk up to Belvedere Castle. It's beautiful from the outside and provides great views over the aptly named Great Lawn.

On your way back down, wander throught the shakespeare garden. This garden features more unique plant varietals than anywhere else in the park.

If you're still up for it. Go walk up and check out the view of the reservoir before diving back into the urban sprawl of the city.

Begin your morning with a job around one of NYC's prettiest spots. 

Start your day with a training session at David Barton Gym. 

After your workout, head to Yura for a healthy snack. 

Get a green juice or a coconut water for your walk home.
